Question: Is the system reliably protected?

Answer: Unauthorized access to information is impossible due to lack of access to data server passing application server and due to information encoding in communication line between client and the system's server.

Question: Will the system be able to meet an increasing number of clients' applications and inquiries?

Answer: Architecturally, GIATS is a three-link system in a client-server architecture with a distributed application server. The system can rise its capacity in two ways, namely: by increase in a number of application servers and by increase in capacity of data server. These ways can be combined. We think it can afford to rise promptly if necessary GIATS potential when there is an increase in bidding volumes in the system.

Question: It is not a secret that for many regions INTERNET communication is of a bad quality. Will GIATS operate in bad connection conditions?

Answer: Mechanism of a client communication with GIATS' server does not need a high quality connection. Firstly, changes taken place from the moment of the previous communication door are delivered through communication line. Secondly, besides the encoding, the system provides information reduction delivered through communication line that lowers significantly requirements to its transportation network capacity as well.

Question: I have no regular connection to INTERNET. Is it possible to look through information in GIATS without access to INTERNET?

Answer: Answer: Besides the mechanism of client communication with GIATS' servers in real time, for users whose connection and financial facilities do not allow to provide a regular connection with the system's server there is a mechanism of pseudo-real time. In case of lack of communication a local copy of database on a server is available for the system's client, that enables him to analyze proposals on trading without actual session.

Question: As per your affirmation, GIATS is in steady development. It means that new versions of your software output will constantly take place. I think it unprofitable to send my employee for renewal of your workplaces. How can you solve this problem?

Answer: GIATS provides a mechanism of version renewal through INTERNET. Besides the standard method (you have access to our FTR server and can load our products renewal), it provides as well a renewal of versions directly through GIATS' workplace. At access to the system a workplace verifies its own version with a previous version and offers to make a renewal.

Question: Why did you choose Oracle platform as data server?

Answer: Currently, this platform is the most ?. We are expecting a violent growth of sales through GIATS and, therefore do not want to be limited in our choice of a hardware platform.

Question: What means did you use for your products development?

Answer: Borland Delphi version 5. We think this means provides us with a flexibility, which enables to have our products modernized in the shortest possible time and with high quality.

Question: Why do GIATS' workplaces make such great demands upon hardware?

Answer: We mean and autonomous work of GIATS' workplaces at lack of connection with server as well. At planned volume of applications on server, workplaces have to be able to process a significant amount of information.
