is an instrument of over-the-counter selling of products of the wood industrial complex and associated industries. GIATS is an instrument to the following:
- market's monitoring in order to obtain complete and reliable information about its conditions;
- search for contractors;
- bidding regulation;
- shortening of bargaining time;
- rise in contractors' liability in bidding.
